As part of our continuous mission to provide the best service and customer experience possible, I'm thrilled to announce a recent re-investment in the way customers engage with Meridian online, via our totally redesigned Customer Internet Access portal.

This overhaul impacts only the design, mobile interface, and look and feel of Meridian's Customer Internet Access portal — and no system features or processes have changed. However, we believe it was a much needed improvement to help further enhance our service, and we hope that you, our valued customers, agree.

Did you know that Meridian has a website that allows you to place and track service calls, supply orders and enter your meters online? We do. It is very simple and user friendly, and many of our current customers are already using it to increase their efficiency and decrease the time they spend on tasks related to their copier machines.
